Tracy is the founding broker and part owner of We Sell U Save Realty. Tracy has been a full time real estate agent for over 20 years. He has earned awards for being in the top 3% internationally in sales. Tracy is a life-long resident of Southern Minnesota. When he is not selling real estate, Tracy enjoys running marathons, golfing, coaching sports, and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.


Kevin is the founding partner of We Sell U Save Realty. He has been a licensed agent for over fourteen years. Prior to starting We Sell U Save Realty, Kevin had been with Coldwell Banker At Your Service Realty in Rochester. His experience and success there earned him the #1 Agent award in the State of Minnesota for Coldwell Banker in 2012. He has also been in the top 3-10% internationally for the years 2009-2013. Kevin’s specific areas of expertise are in new construction, residential homes, land and commercial property. Kevin is a life-long resident of Byron. He has two school-aged daughters and enjoys hunting and golfing when he is not selling real estate.
